Staff make a difference Great location but really the reason to return is the excellent staff. Len was extremely helpful!
Localização boa, hotel mais ou menos. Viajei sozinha e da pra ficar sim, de boa. O hotel está bem precário de manutenção, limpeza e organização. Poderia facilmente ser um hotel boutique se tivesse uma manutenção melhor e melhor decoração. Os funcionários são sem paciência e por vezes sem educação. Very Good Posizione ottima e tranquilla vicino al parco. Linee della metropolitana B e C vicinissime e con una breve passeggiata anche linee 1, 2 e 3. Buona scelta a colazione. La mia camera era pulita e con tante finestre.

Best hidden gem in all of Central Park There is nothing to dislike. This is a hidden gem in the best part of the city! The staff is amazing, free breakfast with enough options for everyone, and great little rooms for a launching area. I would definitely stay again.
