Naja… Unfreundliches Personal am Empfang. Zimmer Karten Programmierungsgerät war defekt - mussten immer auf Personal warten damit wir ins Zimmer kamen. Klima Anlagen von den höheren Stockwerken haben dauerhaft bei Nacht runter getropft. Gute Anbindung zu zwei U-Bahn Stationen für die Linie 1 und Linie B/C

All in all great yes we will be staying here again location was very convenient close to everything Everything was great but did find a few cockroaches in our room was not very happy with that Location and layout so New York style

Very Good Room card reader broken, had to get staff to open room. Only 1 elevator for both staff and guests--- I know not their fault, it's NYC. Spotty phone service in room, no problem with last stay. Location. Brand name. Cleanliness. Staff

La serrure de la porte de la chambre hs qui nous a contraint de demander aux responsables de nous ouvrir à chaque fois, pendant 3 jours.. no comment. Salle de bains très exigus Principalement le lieu, près de centrale Park et du centre de manhattan, proche d'une station de métro
