Exceptional The prices for the soda and chips where a little high, but that's normal when travelling, I have no real complaints to be quite honest with you. What did I like, you love, everything was so clean a fresh at the hotel. The location is amazing. I loved every second of my stay there. The breakfast is so yummy, there is so much to choose from. It was OK, but the Hotel is nothing to rave about it. I know is NYC but the bathroom was way too small. Location is great
Buen lugar para descansar si planeas estar todo el día fuera. Que por ser pet friendly, a veces olían mal los pasillos. También nos pareció poco variado el desayuno. Nos pareció excelente la ubicación y fácil de acceder al metro y central park.
Wonderful El trato al llegar, me recio una recepcionista muy mal encarada, diciendo que habia cancelado mi estadia porque no avise que llegaba la mañana siguiente a dia que me hopede, el trato fue muy descortes, obvio aclare en punto, y encontro despues que les envie mensaje avisando esta situacion. Despues todo fue normal. La ubicacion, estan a 50 mts de Central Park, al igual que el metro, lo cual facilito moverse por toda la ciudad,
Good stay, good value for location, cleanliness, breakfast Small rooms Proximity to Central Park, 2/3 subway lines and restaurants was superb. The staff were fantastic. Rooms are clean albeit very small : yes this is NYC. Safe, good stay, nice breakfast .

A pretty good value for staying on Central Park West.Nice staff and a basic,clean room..A-OK Elevator needs an overhaul, slow or non responsive, queued up. Not recommend for folks that want to party all night, things close early in this neighborhood on weeknights. Quiet nice neighborhood, staff really nice, value based on NYC standards, cold window AC, Hot water, clean room., Bed was good, comforter as well.
