Pleasant When I arrived at the hotel on the day of my reservation (which I booked with the pay at the hotel option), they told me that they cancelled my reservation because the card declined. I reminded that I chose the "pay at the hotel" option, then they somehow were able to give me the room I booked. The situation was not pleasant though. Toilet was not flushing, they refunded one day of service fee, and fixed it the other day. Location is perfect, it was my second time here.
Excellent location, clean, small rooms, good value. The rooms and bathrooms are really small so if you're two people in one room there isn't a lot of space to store your luggage. There is only one elevator so be prepared for some waiting time especially during breakfast or check in time. The air conditioner made a lot of noise (50 dB, I actually measured it because it was so loud) and woke me up during the night as it went on and off (only been to two other places in the US and their air condition also made a lot of noise so... read more
