Pleasant Extremely small room, very old installation, dirty carpets, small and slow elevator. Sink was not working during all the stay, and was not fixed it. Only location
Great! Will be back! Coffee wasn’t very good. Great location! Quiet block. Super friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Hot breakfast was unexpected. Room was clean and good size.
Pleasant Lift. There is only one lift used by employees and guests. So takes lot of time for going down and to room No variety in breakfast. Location and House keeping was good. Receptionist was bit rude but pantry staff was very good.
Pleasant The hall door that connects to the elevator is very noisy. Nice location, near to metro station and Central Park.
Would stay here again when in NYC! Windows were quite dirty. Small single elevator was slow at times. Staff was terrific. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very good for our visit.

Inexpensive clean hotel in great location on Upper West Side. Bathroom in our room was quite a bit run down and needed some strong attention to detail. Elevator took forever. We ended up taking the stairs to the 11th floor a few times. Breakfast definitely needed a revamp and someone to make sure it was hot. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel on the Upper West Side, that is clean and in a good area this is it.
