Good Ascensor lento, habitación pequeña Ubicación excelente
Comfortable, pleasant stay. But I had to create my own curtain for the bathroom window. I hate that the windows in the bathrooms don't have curtains or even blinds. Where privacy is MOST needed. Please fix that. Bed was very comfortable. Room had all the basics. Closet space, ironing, coffee machine, bath tub. I had a good stay.

It was mostly good, except for the small quarters, I have nothing to complain about. It was much smaller than it looked in a picture on website. There was very little room in the bathroom. Check in and out was easy. Location was excellent.
Pleasant The room could have been cleaner and we kept getting locked out of our room. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Safe and convenient location with updated rooms. We happened to go to the breakfast room when it was standing room only. It is a smallish room with tables close together. We hung about for maybe ten minutes and two seats together opened up. The rooms, although as small as one should expect for Manhattan Upper West Side, are updated, clean, and functional.
