Overall satisfactory. Cleanliness of bathroom. Only elevator broke down. Breakfast was good. Location was good. Staff was friendly.

The location and staff will keep me coming back. The mattress and pillows were both very lumpy. Especially the pillows. Very odd. I think they’re probably just old. And the bath towels were very stiff and scratchy. I think overall the hotel just needs a lot of upgrading. The staff at this location is always very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The location is perfect for me as my son’s dorm is literally a block away.
