Good Air conditioner was so old and loud that it was not possible to use it at night. Some of the windows were not possible to shut. Good location, nice breakfast

Muy buen hotel en NY El desayuno es bueno y tiene una ubicación muy buena al lado de Central Park y cerca de los Museos. Aunque está en el alto Manhattan, la ubicación me pareció muy buena

Enjoyable! The elevator issue is true, 1 for all building so you have to manage to avoid rush times and cleaning staff uses it too! Wish the heater/SC wouldn’t be facing the bed so directly but is hard as rooms are small! closeness to Central Park is amazing and breakfast works! Lobby staff very friendly and helpful, thank you!

Comfortable & Courteous - a great value option for NYC The hotel in any other city would be considered poor.. but in NYC you have to put it in context. Yes, the rooms are small .. but you really only sleep there & the beds are comfortable. Our windows didn’t open & it was very warm, but rather that than cold. There’s only one lift but we never waited that long or I used the stairs (we were on the top 14th floor).
