Accueil chaleureux , qualité/ prix excellent , à proximité de Central Park , du métro. Et un petit-déjeuner avec un énorme choix
Great location on a quiet street. Rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Zach who was at the desk in the evenings. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but they were laid to rest. There is only one elevator and sometimes you do have too wait but it wasn’t really that big of a deal.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is close to the subway station, Central Park, and one block from the shops on Columbus Avenue. The best part about this location is that it did not feel "touristy"- we felt like we got to do the NYC experience like locals, away from the tourist traps. Although the room and bathroom were quite small, (hey it's NYC where real estate is precious!) it was a very comfortable stay. The room was too small for 3, there is no place to put your luggage, the elevator is too slow and usually so crowded, the dining area too small and often you have to wait till someone finishes eating. The cleaning lady left our room half cleaned because it was her lunch time.� We Had to Wait for more than half an hour in a hallway for her to come back and finishes cleaning. Why did She even start to clean if She knew She couldn't finish it?! Good sides are: close to subway and Central Park and has a "soul" .
i wasn't sure what to expect based on many of these reviews leading up to our trip. i travel a lot for work, and while this trip was purely for pleasure, i have a few requirements that are really important - cleanliness and comfort being the main points. our room was clean. the bed was comfy. the corner king was a perfect size for us at the end of busy days out exploring manhattan. i loved that the subway stop was so close! as was central park and a whole bunch of great restaurants and coffee shops. everyone that we encounte... read more
