Very Good room was cold (despite heating) because the windows didn’t close properly perfect location, fantastic breakfast, nice personell, room with a view

Great but received a very small room. Be careful. The room I received was super small, had no light in the bedroom (only in the bathroom - or the bedroom light was directly not working) and no windows. It was a room in the 3rd floor , literally in the middle of the building. Just be careful with the room you get, I think other rooms were much better. Location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Tiny room, but close to Central Park and Columbus Ave. Tiny room, barely any walking space as the bed took up practically the entire space of the room. Thin walls. Seemed overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Elevator was not reliable. Location right by Central Park, safe neighborhood very close to the subway. Free breakfast. Pet friendly. Possibility to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.
acogedor con excelente ubicación ! las habitaciones son pequeñas pero estando en NY solo la ocupas para dormir y es más que suficiente. la ubicación es excelente! y el lugar aunque es pequeño es muy bonito.
