safe and comfortable enough hotel in a spectacular location! A bargain! airconditioner was loud and temperature uneven. Room was dark. I felt perhaps the cleaners were over-worked, as they were frequently to be seen very late in the afternoon, but the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust; the counters in the bathroom were never wiped down, although the toilet was very clean. Elevator did not function well so mainly I took the stairs. Small hotel in great neighborhood Bathroom is very small. Breakfast needs improvement and some equipment was broken. No service elevator so housekeeping carts in hallways. The location is near Central Park and many restaurants and Lincoln Center.

Great location!!! The doors, they look disengaged. And my head was facing the access door to the stairs so it was very loud. The location and the attention were amazing. The breakfast was good.

Great location! It could have been a little bit cleaner The location was excellent! Right next to central park! It had a subway station really close as well. Had a conveninece store nearby and restaurants
