Pleasant Hotel in general felt little unclean. Elevator floor was a dirty sticky wreck. Bed sheets felt really worn out and pilly. The TV was a pain Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was clean. Location is great, right next to Central Park. A nice little building ( but needs help)

Our artist enjoyed his stsy Nothing I booked this location for one of our performers. We had a mix up in the beginning but the staff was able to correct the situation. So we were happy about this.
