Exceptional The facility is clean. It’s close to everything. Staff are friendly and professional. I am a health care worker and spend the covid quarantine here and they made me feel like I was at home.

Diría que es más un hostal que un hotel Me toco la habitación 505 era extremadamente pequeña y quedaba al lado de una puerta de pasillo, que la verdad no tenía ni un sentido, las personas salían a las 5 o 6 de la mañana y la puerta con los golpes no me dejaba dormir por que sonaba muy fuerte el golpe al cerrarla, también sonaban mucho las cañerías del lugar a cualquier hora El agua salía perfecta y el personal atendía bien

Great location and value The only issue at this property is that they only have one elevator which the housekeeping staff use to transport their carts and supplies, so sometimes there is a wait for the elevator to arrive. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Location is in the middle of two subway stations, each only a block away. I had a room with a king size bed and it had plenty of space, with the following: a nice sized bathroom with tub/shower, plenty of hot water and pressure, a small dresser with three drawers, ... read more

Great stay! It was a last minute stay so we did not have an supplies. There was no soap and the room was cold. The a/c / heater never really got up to capacity. If you stood directly in front of it you could feel the heat. I will still say it was a good stay. The front desk staff are always pleasant and efficient. Love the service. I will be returning if necessary.
