Very Good The space is small. The location for the value was worth it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Christine was in charge of the breakfast. She did outstanding job cleaning, keeping everything stocked up. The free breakfast was nice thing to have. Food was good.

Very Good Slow elevator; noisy window AC unit Location was the best feature: easy access and walking distance to subway, Central Park, restaurants, & shopping. Felt safe to walk the neighborhood day & night. Appreciated that breakfast was included. On a residential street so little outside street noise even though our room overlooked the street. Immediate attention by maintenance person to check function of lock on door.
