All three front desk made our stay very pleasant. Definitely i will come back. N/A People very kindly. Central Park is one block and many restaurants in Columbus Avenue. Very safety

Good Bed sheets were not so clean and fresh. It was a lot of hair in it Great location extremely nearby the Central Park!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this little "gem" on Central Park West, convenient to everything! The plumbing in the bathroom was loose, both the faucet on the sink and the one on the bathtub. It took me 2 days to figure out how to get the water to come out of the shower nozzle ONLY. Once I did, it was great! Because I am hypersensitive to EMF/RFR, I asked for a room as far from the hotel's wi-fi router as possible. The room I got on a high floor at the back of the hotel was suitable.
