Pleasant The pillows were uncomfortable and the window air conditioner blew directly on me when I was in bed.

Great location I wish there was fridge in the room. The staff was warm and friendly. The lady in the breakfast room was awesome. She was very courteous and professional. The property was right across from Central Park which was a plus for me. I am a running and I had a few races which were scheduled Central Park so that worked out pretty good for me.

Good The property needs some renovations. The lobby area was messy especially around the check in desk and would leave a better impression if it was organized or updated. There was one small, very small elevator. The elevator had cracked tiles in it. I get that the hotel is small but if it was maintained better it would have a better feel. Part of the charm is the old building. Location location location. Being right next to Central Park was amazing. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was awesome.

Good Bathroom sink is very small. Shower head cannot be positioned downward as it has limited degree of adjustment. Location
