The staff's positive, can do attitude together with the location made for an excellent stay. The decor was in serious need of refreshing but the staff, both front of house and housekeeping, more than compensated for the shortcomings of the paintwork. The staff were brilliant, professional, friendly, and always on site, ready to deal with any problem. The beds were comfortable and all linen clean and fresh. The location, a stone's throw from Central Park and the facilities on Columbus, Amsterdam, and Broadway, was excellent.

Staff great, location great great very clean x i think the décor is a little tired, the hall carpets could do with being replaced they are clean but very warn and damaged. Having breakfast included was nice and unusual for USA a welcome addition, the staff are very very good and look after the guests, very friendly. a pleasure to return each day as staff were lovely.
