Good Elevator issues...common areas on floors need to be cleaned Location..breakfast

Location is everything Rooms not as on pics, could do with updating but we slept in the room only so was absolutely fine Facilities to make hot drinks all throughout the day, even though after breakfast it said do not enter the room, no one bothered us while making a drink to go out in the city Friendly staff Location

Will stay here again- perfect for my needs! I have stayed here before so I knew the one elevator situation was something to deal with. Long waits. Other positive things offset this. I also know eating breakfast early is very crowded so I waited until at least 8:30AM. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Also very nice staff.

Great location, nice staff, but property needs fixes The window aircon (not central AC) caused me having a difficult time to sleep. The towel hanger in the bathroom was coming off, and the shower faucet was off. It seems that maintenance wasnt done properly. I am happy for the location, but will not choose to your hotel as i had several sleepless nite due to the noise from aircon. Location is awesome, near finish of NY Marathon

Good Excelent location, really near the metro, Just 5 min walk. That was the better thing about the hotel. The room was reasonable and fare for the price.
