Why can't I get points even though I booked through Booking.com? The room was so small. The bathroom was way larger then The sleeping area. Location . The afternoon and evening hosts wearer wonderful. The night manager shouldn't. be I complaining to the staff in front of guests. Not very nice.the night man was very helpful in dealing with Booking.com

Pleasant Only one small lift for 13 floors. Dining room was tiny, and couldnt cope with the number of guests eating breakfast. Great location close to Central Park and subway station. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
