Paid too much I'm terribly disappointed in booking.com. I booked a room with two beds only to find that one of them was a twin. I've never seen a twin bed in any American hotel, especially in one that charged $250 per night. None of the correspondence specified a twin bed. The bathroom was tiny - inadequate for a family. To top this off, I was charged more than the hotel's normal nightly rate. I overheard other customers checking in and checking out, and all of them were at lower rates than what I paid. I confirmed by asking... read more

Pleasant Room for 3 persons was very small, not enough space to move around, open our suitcase and open the bathroom door, very hot, very noisy. Obviously this room was only for 2 persons. We asked to change room and we did after 2 nights. Breakfast, very poor, not a lot of choice

Pleasant I was given the wrong bed size, the room smelled and it was not cleaned properly. Windows were also very dirty and the window a/c was very loud.

Pleasant I booked the Queen room for 126 for five days, but ended up paying different rates for each day, some nights 152 and even the last night 177, I certainly felt cheated. Local food options and metro lines
