Exceptional There was a problem with the toilet in our room. It was fixed three times but still didn't quite work... Apparently it's a known problem in the hotel... Keith, Suzanna and all the staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The location is very good, close to the subway, on central park and very close to Columbus St.

De lobby bestaat uit 2 stoelen en een tv in de entree ruimte, daar ga je echt niet lekker zitten. De ligging van het hotel is prima t.o.z. musea en Central Park. Hoekkamer met kingsize bed aan de straatkant is net groot genoeg voor twee personen: 's morgens hoor je de vogels! Confortable, excelente ubicación El aire acondicionado viejo y mucho escándalo. La cama es muy cómoda y la ubicación del hotel un barrio seguro.La atención del personal muy buena y amables.
3 C's apply: convenient, clean, and cozy. Unfortunate room layout had a window A/C blowing onto the twin bed (in a 3-person room) but not much to be done about that. A big person won't fit in the bathroom, particularly between the sink and toilet. Some type of stool to be able to sit at the desk would have been nice--you're on the bed or on the floor.
