Exceptional Breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional Allez histoire de dire quelque chose la lenteur de l' ascenseur et peut être salle du petit déjeuné un peu petite aux heures de pointe. Etablissement situé pas loin de central Park et du musée d' histoire naturel( accessible à pied). Personnel hyper sympa, disponible H24 essaye de toujours trouver une solution pour rendre le séjour agréable. Bonne situation géographique, cher pour les prestations fournies mais NYC west tres cher !... Vitres très sales. Chambre minuscule. Un seul ascenseur très lent et bruyant Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner inclus. A 2 minutes à pied de central park et à peine 5 min de la bouche de métro .
Not Bad While check in was good and I expected an incidental fee, it was not stated at check-in that there was one or how much it was. So, mid stay I was surprised to have an 177.86 charge on my card. Usually hotels will charge incidentals in the beginning or end so that should be better communicated. The other problem I had was that I was on the 10th floor and had to walk to the first floor(or take the elevator which was extremely slow so I was more pulled to walking) just to get ice. Helt OK. Rent, prisvärt och lugnt. Rummen är lite små. Ganska lyhört från korridoren. Frukosten var ok men den serverades på papper och plast. Inget miljötänk alls! Tyst och lugnt. Nära t museer och Central Park. Bra städat. Mycket trevlig reception. Nära Columbian Street med många restauranger. Grönska inpå knuten.
