Pleasant Room is small
Great stay in New York, great location, will back gain:) The wi-fi didn't work the first night The staff are nice
A little gem on the upper west side The bathroom was really tiny but that is to be expected in a NY hotel at that price range and even though it was tiny it was tastefully decorated. The only way to cool the room was a window AC that was directly in front of my daughter's bed that she slept in and she complained how cold it was blowing on her but if we turned it off the room would get stuffy. Good One elevator to service guests and service staff meant many times the stairs was the only option unless you waited for a very very long time Location and Cynthia was extremely helpful
