Good Breakfast room small and crowded,but just manageable ! Excellent shower. A good bed. Smallish room,but OK for one person,and satisfactory if you are out all day !

Good La camera è piccola, c'e un unico ascensore per 10 piani, la sala per la colazione è piccola e quasi sempre afolatta. WiFi funziona bene. La posizione è comoda e vicina al Central Park.

Pésimo hotel, para nada recomendable. Habitación extremadamente pequeña e incómoda sin siquiera tener espacio para colocar las maletas. Insectos en la cama. Un solo ascensor minúsculo que tardaba una eternidad en estar disponible. Aire acondicionado malo, ruidoso y deficiente que hacía la habitación calurosa y desagradable. Great Location - Ants joining us for coffee There was an infestation of ants all over and around the coffee bar at breakfast. When I brought it to the attention of the breakfast attendant she looked and then did Nothing. When I mentioned it to the manager he told me that he had heard but still did not seem concerned. Rooms are very small but still a great value for the location. Bed was very comfortable.
great helpful staff towels could have been softer, and the halls are narrow but it's NYC also sign outside could be bigger!! the bed was great... the desk had donuts waiting for me.. so helpful with directions ! AND wow CENTRAL PARK 1 block away!
Paid too much I'm terribly disappointed in booking.com. I booked a room with two beds only to find that one of them was a twin. I've never seen a twin bed in any American hotel, especially in one that charged $250 per night. None of the correspondence specified a twin bed. The bathroom was tiny - inadequate for a family. To top this off, I was charged more than the hotel's normal nightly rate. I overheard other customers checking in and checking out, and all of them were at lower rates than what I paid.
