Posizione ottima L'Hotel ha una posizione perfetta, letti comodissimi e personale gentile.
GOOD POSITION TO VISIT NEW YORK Il wifi al 14esimo piano era decisamente traballante, mentre durante la colazione al piano terra funzionava perfettamente. La camera era a fianco dell'ascensore percui di notte il rumore dell'ascensore era fastidioso. Le finestre non si potevano aprire per cambiare l'aria!!! Colazione abbastanza variegata (considerando che è uno di pochi hotel di questo livello che la comprendono). Posizione: ottima!!! andavi ovunque con la fermata delle metro a due passi.
Will not repeat or recommend. -The cramped room and hallways -Only one elevator -Lack of staff in the breakfast room ( We only ate there one morning, the eggs were empty as was the decaf coffee) The staff member refilled the eggs but never the coffee. He was overwhelmed and needed another person. Although tiny, even by NYC standards, the room was neat and clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional.
It was adequate. The breakfast area was way too small and congested. Also nothing to put on bagels like cream cheese or peanut butter. The hallway area was clogged with cleaning carts and trash bags on the floor. Very hard to navigate. The staff was great and friendly and the room was what I expected for New York City. It was small but the bathroom was good and the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel for a short stay within walking distance of Central Park. The room doors are a little noisy and bang loudly when other guests are entering and leaving their rooms. The bathroom does need a little updating as it looks a little tired. Also the windows could use a good cleaning inside and out. The hotel sign on the outside of the building is almost nonexistent as we walked right by it on the first day. My husband and I were so comfortable in this room. Hotel cher par rapport à la qualité de prestation Les chambres sont d'une dimension inacceptable. Ni chaise, ni bureau vu qu'il n'y a pas la place pour les mettre. Attentes interminables le matin de l'ascenseur qui est utilisé par le personnel de service. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite.(manque de tables disponibles) et non nettoyées avant le client suivant. Tout les ingrédients du ptdéj. sont décongelés devant nous. Good Ontbijt! Weinig keus en te weinig zitplaatsen. Bed was goed. Fijne badkamer.
Location Have stayed at this hotel 4 times now due to location when visiting family, was not as impressed with the particular room this time, however I did not say anything & feel sure if I had the staff would have rectified it for me. Location.
