Nice location, clean, with nice staff. The room was small for sure, however, could be better if more organized. They could put the tv on the wall, get rid chest of drawers. Get some free space to put the laguge and maybe some racks on the wall. It would be a great improvement. :) It was very close to subway, Central Park and a nice restaurant area. The staff was very nice, specially Genara, the maid responsable for breakfast, she was always helping the guests, and keeping everything nice and clean.
Pleasant We stood here in february and our room was at the 14th floor and it was windy and cold because the windows weren`t properly insulated. location was good.
Decent bed close to Central Park Tiny room, no desk or chair/s. Toilet prone to blockage. Noisy radiator (had to shut it off to sleep). Single elevator, used both by staff and guests - expect long waits at peak. Horrible tea selection - one flavour, arguably closer to sewage than tea. All that said, good value for money. Great location, accomodating staff.
Super hôtel dans l'ensemble - le petit déjeuner, en gros vous arrivez à 7h, il n'y a rien de prêt mais si vous arrivez à 8h il n'y a plus rien parce que la dame chargée du petit déjeuner ne remplissait pas les rayons. Il arrivait qu'il n'y ait plus de lait ou de pâte à gaufres, ca n'avait pas l'air de l'inquiéter. Et quand une fois, nous sommes descendus à 9h et qu'il n'y avait plus rien, je lui ai demandé des tranches de pain, il m'a dit qu'il y en avait plus... pourtant c'est de 7h à 10h, et tout provient de sacs en plasti... read more

Un séjour de rêve sans aucune fausse note... Super literie, propreté irréprochable, personnel aux petits soins, une rue calme, superbement placée. Nous reviendrons à new-york et nous reviendrons à la Quinta Inn. Petite mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Suzanna qui nous a chouchouté, conseillé, souri... Un vrai rayon de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait satisfaisant, il ne manque de rien, et la disponibilité quotidienne des boissons chaudes a été une réelle bénédiction en cette période froide. Great staff small rooms skip breakfast The breakfast was very poor and room was much smaller than expected as photos shown but the staff were super friendly and made experience worth it
Hotel razoável, bom custo-benefício e localização. O quarto para 3 pessoas é MUITO pequeno! Tentamos trocar mas a opção era um quarto maior com montagem diária da terceira cama. Não deu certo. Outro problema era um barulho durante a noite. Parecia relacionado à calefação, ou tubulação de água, não sabemos. Incomodou bastante!!! Reclamamos e pareceu melhorar um pouco.
