Great hotel for a short stay within walking distance of Central Park. The room doors are a little noisy and bang loudly when other guests are entering and leaving their rooms. The bathroom does need a little updating as it looks a little tired. Also the windows could use a good cleaning inside and out. The hotel sign on the outside of the building is almost nonexistent as we walked right by it on the first day. My husband and I were so comfortable in this room. Hotel cher par rapport à la qualité de prestation Les chambres sont d'une dimension inacceptable. Ni chaise, ni bureau vu qu'il n'y a pas la place pour les mettre. Attentes interminables le matin de l'ascenseur qui est utilisé par le personnel de service. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite.(manque de tables disponibles) et non nettoyées avant le client suivant. Tout les ingrédients du ptdéj. sont décongelés devant nous. Good Ontbijt! Weinig keus en te weinig zitplaatsen. Bed was goed. Fijne badkamer.
Location Have stayed at this hotel 4 times now due to location when visiting family, was not as impressed with the particular room this time, however I did not say anything & feel sure if I had the staff would have rectified it for me. Location.

Great stay in New York, great location, will back gain:) The wi-fi didn't work the first night The staff are nice
A little gem on the upper west side The bathroom was really tiny but that is to be expected in a NY hotel at that price range and even though it was tiny it was tastefully decorated. The only way to cool the room was a window AC that was directly in front of my daughter's bed that she slept in and she complained how cold it was blowing on her but if we turned it off the room would get stuffy.
