Erg kleine kamers, maar goede locatie! Erg kleine kamer, net genoeg ruimte voor 2 persoon en 1 persoon bed, tv-meubel en 1 nachtkastje. Geen stoel aanwezig door ruimte gebrek. Hele kleine badkamer, net genoeg ruimte voor 1 persoon + kind (matig schoon)! Airco op hoogte van het bed en niet hoog bij het plafond, hierdoor verkouden geworden. GOOD POSITION TO VISIT NEW YORK Il wifi al 14esimo piano era decisamente traballante, mentre durante la colazione al piano terra funzionava perfettamente. La camera era a fianco dell'ascensore percui di notte il rumore dell'ascensore era fastidioso. Le finestre non si potevano aprire per cambiare l'aria!!! Colazione abbastanza variegata (considerando che è uno di pochi hotel di questo livello che la comprendono). Posizione: ottima!!! andavi ovunque con la fermata delle metro a due passi.
Will not repeat or recommend. -The cramped room and hallways -Only one elevator -Lack of staff in the breakfast room ( We only ate there one morning, the eggs were empty as was the decaf coffee) The staff member refilled the eggs but never the coffee. He was overwhelmed and needed another person. Although tiny, even by NYC standards, the room was neat and clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional.
It was adequate. The breakfast area was way too small and congested. Also nothing to put on bagels like cream cheese or peanut butter. The hallway area was clogged with cleaning carts and trash bags on the floor. Very hard to navigate. The staff was great and friendly and the room was what I expected for New York City. It was small but the bathroom was good and the bed was comfortable.
