New York stay There were only 3 pillows, 4 would have been better. staff very friendly, hotel seemed very clean and location was great.
Great location but disappointing facilities I hated being unable to take a look outside as the shades were impossible to raise and anyway the windopanes looked filthy as can be and totally opaque as a result.. I also disliked the corridors' smelly carpets and the poor-quality breakfast. Location, location, location, and the smiling, friendly staff.

Good Location poor facilities! Breakfast room far too small & not enough seats/tables! Supplies of everything kept running out! Had to ask constantly or find ones self in cupboards! Also only 1 lift for staff & visitors and we were on the 14th floor! Dread to think if there had been an emergency! Comfortable bed
