It was very pleasant! The hotel only has four channels on the tv. The location and the staff’s service. The room is small, but cozy. Really enjoyed staying there.

Buen hotel para ahorrar y salir a pasear La habitación era muy muy pequeña, el desayuno no era tan variado, pero pasaba. La verdad es que me parece una muy buena opción si lo único que buscan es un lugar en el que dormir y están todo el día paseando, el personal fue súper atento y hay una parada de subte a justo una cuadra para moverse a donde quieran.

Pelo preço pago, poderia ter sido melhor. Mas no geral, valeu. A limpeza do quarto foi feita duas vezes em dez dias, por mais que nós tenhamos pedido. Chegamos a levar nós mesmos o lixo do banheiro para fora do hotel. Na recepção, cada funcionária que entrava tinha uma informação diferente sobre o que perguntávamos. Como disse meu marido, o hotel é americano mas o serviço não. Os pontos positivos do hotel são a localização, perto do Central Park, de restaurantes e do metrô. Quiet, safe, good location w breakfast; interior design and maintainance issues leave a bit to be desired for the price. The shower conditioner container was empty; the bottom two dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed, each sliding out 8-10”; furniture looked like scratch and dent from yard sale; the bath door has a 1/4” veneer which had separated from the bottom of the door, prohibiting closure against the door jam. All easy fixes, and minor, but for $300 / night ?! Location to Met Museum and Lincoln Ctr; breakfast worked
