Good No ice for the entire stay! Apparently machine broken for awhile. Did not offer any money off for that and they should have. No chair in the room average. close to central park west

Great location, good furnishings and nice shower let down by poor breakfast, and cramped quarters. The breakfast was not good. Poor qualtiy bread/waffles, cheap cereal, bad coffee etc. Could not eat it. Staff inattentive. Crowded dining room, sometimes standing room only. You can do better for the price. Room very cramped and could hardly move in it. The only elevator took a long time to come up and down. Difficult to navigate corridors with luggage, too narrow and many fire doors.
