Not all that was expected The lack of customer care. The breakfast was incomplete, things such as condiments were empty and didn't get refilled. The cleanliness of the room, in particular the bed covers were stained. The location was great, easy walking distance to attractions and train terminals.
Good for location but low value for money The facilities: despite the refurbishment, the standard room is a way too small and there is only 1 lift for the entire building. We initially got this room for which we paid a lot of money. As we got an issue with the room, we got upgraded to a superior room. In my opinion, this was the room we should have got from the beginning as we had paid a lot for it. My advice, Only book standard room at a very low price. Very small room, but still comfortable. the size of the room cleanliness, location, breakfast
Great location, small bathroom. Bathrooms were extremely small and couldn't do much in it. (Even for one person.) The neighborhood was good. Close to places we wanted to visit and close to the subway.
