Room extremely too small. Hotel in a fantastic location and the staff are very friendly. The room we booked was for 3 people but the room was too small. Not big enough for 3 people. No room to hang 3 bath towels or even to move when in the bathroom. The double bed was up against a wall on one side so it was impossible to get in and out of bed and to move while in the bed. The location was great. Everything you would need was close by. Good food close by and you can subway, walk or taxi to anywhere.

Staff let the place down... Not enough seating in the breakfast area. The lift is terrible, get a ground floor if you can as the lift is slow and small. We were on the tenth floor and had to wait ages (especially around breakfast hours). Staff (especially the breakfast lady) were exceptionally rude, unhelpful and lacked the most basic customer service skills. Great breakfast including cereals, toast, pastries, waffles, muffins, eggs, sausages, coffee and juices. Rooms and kitchen were clean. Location was good
Pleasant Room space is too small. I will not choice this hotel again. And not recommend this hotel to my friend.
