Bad TOUT !!!! A FUIR.... Hôtel vétuste. Assenceur servant autant pour les clients que pour les employés chargés de l'entretien ou de la maintenance. Trop souvent indisponible : 14 étages à pied. Par ailleurs chambre ridiculement petite pour 3 adultes. Absence de connexion Internet à notre étage. La proximité avec Central Park
Bad Ver dirty, run down. Impossible to sleep because of loud, old aircon. Dirty small breakfast area. Great location close to subway and Central Park
My family checked into the hotel on Friday 25/07 and we were bitterly disappointed with the room we had booked for t Totally inadequate. It’s a hostel posing as a hotel. Nothing. Not fit for purpose.

Not a good experience. Our room was on the fifth floor and I don’t remember how many times we had to go down and back up in 90° heat in the building because our room keys didn’t work. The breakfast room was too hot. I hope nobody ever spilled that coffee on themselves cause they gonna have a 3° burn. The juice and waffle makers were out most of the time we were there. The location
