Disappointing
Overall the LaQuinta is a good value for it's location as prices for NYC hotels are ridiculous. Our room was on the second floor and there was no carpet at all when you got off the elevator. The carpeting that was on that floor to our room was extremely filthy. There was no sign saying anything like "excuse our renovations" but one of the staff said they were going to replace the carpet. Bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam ve kimseye de konaklamasını tavsiye etmem. Otel lobiden başlayarak çok kirli ve küçük görünüyordu. Oda ve banyo hem hareket edemeyecek kadar küçük hem de çok eski eşyalardan oluşturulmasından dolayı temiz gözükmüyordu. 14 katlı bir otel olmasına rağmen bir tane asansör vardı ve sık sık arızalanıyordu. Kahvaltı kötü değildi. Central parka yakınlığından dolayısıyla konumundan memnun kaldık.
Idéalement situé mais très petit La propreté. Durant mes 4 jours passés, le ménage n'a jamais été fait. Aucune serviette de changé. Chambre trop petite, salle de bain également. La poignet de la douche été cassé. Idéalement situé à 50m de central park. A proximité de tous (métro, magasin, etc) Bien que le petit déjeuner n'est pas varier, il y a de quoi manger si l'on est pas trop regardant.
Find another hotel The front staff when we arrived was rude( the gentleman refused us to sit in the lobby as it was not check in time and also when my daughter asked to use the restroom he said no that’s only for guest who have already checked in) Facilities are damaged and very outdated Rooms are extremely small and our Aircon did not work. Toilet got blocked and asked twice for someone to come look at it and no one came Was not a good experience or a hotel The location
One of the cheaper hotels in that area, so the location is pretty good, but the hotel itself was a mess. I wouldn’t even The air conditioning was out so the lobby and breakfast area were well over 90 degrees and very humid. The staff told us that management was hesitant to fix it because of high costs. It was unbearable to sit in the Breakfast room with how hot it was so we ate in our room. The small air conditioner in our room was working somewhat but was not putting out much air.
