Bad The male receptionist is very rude & helpless. We have confirmed booking but they haven't accommodated us without excuses even we reached at early morning after 22 hours flight to reach NYC. Another thing when I rebooked, .the property themselves cancelled my booking. My very first time to NYC was ruined by this hotel.

location was amazing. only half a block from west central park and Nicky's meatballs Easy walk to subway Felt very elevator was horrible! only one elevator for a 14 story building that was at least 100 years old!! in average we waited 20-25 minutes everytime we wanted to go up or down. worse during check out and cleaning time. maids would hold the elevator open on the floor they were working so they didn't have to wait. we had an uber and plane to catch and couldn't get down for 35 minutes!!!' room was sooooo small we had to... read more
Never again in quinta Owfuill smell of clorine, my skin was dryed from this in the morning, Aires conditioner was blowong right at us at night so we had two choices or too be suffocated or to be sick. We are sick now with severe cold. Breakfast was good
Bastante mala, deja mucho que desear La habitación pequeña y muy sucia. Había bichos que nos picaron a toda mi familia y a mi. Unas de las camas estaba justo en frente del aire acondicionado y quien durmió en esa cama se constipó. Si lo apagábamos había mucho mucho calor en la habitación. Las trabajadoras son excepcionales, trabajadoras y encantadoras. El desayuno muy bien también. La ubicación es muy buena.

Kleinste en poverste kamer ooit Alles In mijn leven miss al 200 overnachtingen geboekt maar das de slechtste aller tijden. Deur kamer kon amper dicht of open///helemaal vervormd. De dubbele kamer was echt klein konden amper bewegen. Geen stopcontact Geen raam Airco werkt niet en het was 35 graden Ontbijt was er zelf Geen glas water beschikbaar. Ging je naar toilet zat je met je knieen in de douche. Slechte bedden. 4 nachten voor 1000 euro in zo n kamer is veel geld. Maar ja het is New York en de ligging was wel top aan centr... read more

Very Poor Muchas cosas, entre ellas las siguientes: Las fotos estan extremadamente trucadas. Las habitaciones y dependencias ni se parecen a la realidad. La relacion precio calidad es malisima,, es extremadamente caro para un hotelucho tan basico, sucio y de mala calidad. 2 dias cosecutivos no hubo internet en las habitaciones, y la respuesta del personal fue.. no podemos hacer nada... lo sentimos. 2 dias el tostador de pan no funcionaba... la respuesta del personal: "espere que se caliente" Los muebles, alfombras y pisos de... read more
