Mala Experiencia. La noche que llegamos se dañó el sistema de agua. No había agua en el hotel. Y lo poco que había salía agua oscura por los grifos. Me tocó estar más de 24 horas sin ducharme. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. No running water. The water was out for an entire day and they only wanted to offer a $60 facility fee refund. They were also rationing water bottles so you could only take 2 for the entire morning/afternoon without water. It was a mess. They never once came and cleaned my room during my entire stay even after coming down and asking 2 times for them to clean my bathroom because there was hair in the shower drain upon arrival and the floor was dirty.
