Not worth it, pay 150 more or a bit more and go to another place Dirty, the AC is way too old and loud that it literally doesn’t let you skeep, elevator didnt work for a night and had to take down luggage 12 floors without help, old and cheap furniture in which the drawers ket opening, bad hard pillows. Good location but its old, dirty, didnt feel comfortable at all. We didnt want to go to the hotel to rest or sleep

Ok, but disappointing. The room and bathroom was very small and cramped. Not any room to lay out a suitcase. When you sit on the toilet you are partially under the bathroom sink. Only one lift, long wait sometimes. Breakfast area too small for the amount of guests. Often no-where to sit and room too small to comfortably take food back to. Key didn't work on arrival. The location, close to Central Park.

Bedbugs - stay elsewhere Pretty sure I was bitten by BEDBUGS- I had bites all over my arms, and I smashed one that left blood all over my pillow. I was horrified! I contacted the front desk and manager, but they didn't do anything about it and would not allow me to move somewhere else. By the time I left the next night, they still hadn't done anything about it and never contacted me back as they promised. A downscale hotel in a great location with a price to match its location. The carpet was dirty. Cleaning supplies were always in the hallways. The breakfast room was tiny with few places to sit. The location is excellent. The staff was pleasant and happy to provide extra service.

Pessimi! Lo staff ci ha dato informazioni sbagliate. Alcune delle stanze del gruppo l’impiegata alla reception ci aveva consigliato di prenotare un altro hotel perché non c’erano altre camere disponibili e rassicurandoci sul fatto che avrebbe cancellato la prenotazione senza penalità. Solo dopo aver prenotato un’altra struttura davanti ai suoi occhi ci ha detto che dovevamo pagare la prima notte e che si era sbagliata non aveva letto la politica Booking e non ci poteva fare nulla è stato inutile parlare anche con il manager ... read more

Chambre trop petite et sale Ménage mal fait ( 1 lit sur 2, évier pas lavé) Obliger de demander des rouleaux de papier toilette à l’accueil à plusieurs reprises. Pas de serviette à l’arrivée.
