NOS ROBARON Nos desaparecieron objetos personales de la habitación mientras hacíamos una excursión, hicimos el reclamo en recepción y nos hacían volver después, tres días seguidos en distintos horarios tuvimos que reclamar para que nos atienda alguien de gerencia que nos dé una respuesta, y su respuesta fue: “No debieron haber dejado sus objetos en la mesa de luz”, nos pareció una falta de respeto que no tome nuestro reclamo en serio, es gravísimo la cantidad de cosas que nos faltaron. Nada.

I would not recommend this hotel if you expect basic things like air conditioning During the first night of my stay, the air conditioning didn't work and I was told it can not be fixed, nor is there any other room available. The result was a night from hell as the room was so hot it was impossible to sleep. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this hotel. The location is good
