Great location and breakfast but rundown with tiny rooms. Just one elevator for 14 floors! Thank goodness we were on 4 so we could take the stairs. Badly needs updating/cleaning in the common areas. The location is superb! Half a block off Central Park. Awesome huge breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, cereal, coffee, and juices.

Bad Dirty; only one elevator, very hot, Unruly and unfriendly front desk staff No key for room until several hours after checkin. Photo of hotel very misleading on booking.com website Breakfast was ok
it was very terrible. We fell very ill after the first night at the hotel. The air conditioner unit was situated directly above the bed. We became cold when we turned it on, and since the room overlooked the apartment space, we couldn't get any air when we turned it off. Consequently, we decided to leave the hotel after the first night. Per the refund policy, the amount should have covered the remaining two nights after deducting the second night, but we have yet to receive the refund.
