Poor The cleaning part is not so great. Black plastic trash bags stored in front of the hotel with bugs flying around which bring a bad smell around. The carpet floor is too old and dirty . The reception and the breakfast were great. Location is safe and quiet.
Todo un desastre Las fotos no hacen referencia de los espacios, muy pequeñas las habitaciones para 3 personas, el Aire acondicionado insuficiente o mal ubicado, mal mantenimiento general de las instalaciones, la llave de la ducha suelta, las puertas ruidosas, el porta papel del baño pegado con cinta, el sanitario se demora 1h en llenar y esta armado con partes de otros que no coinciden, los muebles de la recepción absolutamente sucios, la atención es muy mala, sin contar el estado general del aseo en el comedor. Poor My bed was next of the entrance door so i couldn’t sleep because the noise was tooo much it was like 1mt from my pillow, also the AC was directly to my, like 20 cm distance that was not good night at all. Also we stay at the 16 July 2024 night at the 905 room and the front door person was absolutely rude and 0 helped, not just with me and my family it was with the whole costumer I don’t think she likes her job at all ! Hotel desperately needs to be renovated. Great Location. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. But room is simply too small. Esp Very worn down hotel. Very small rooms. Difficult to use toilet, since it’s placed partly under the zink. Great Location. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast.
Bueno Un solo ascensor pequeño para + de 10 pisos de hotel y lo utilizan tanto los huéspedes como el personal. Desorganizado al momento de hacer las habitaciones. Habitaciones pequeñas q no seria problema salvo por el mobiliario gigantesco y el placard diminuto dnd ni siquiera entra 1 valija. Sería imposible moverse en la habitación. Recomendación como huésped PONGAN PERCHEROS EN LAS PARADES Y ESTANTES SAQUEN LOS CUADROS Ubicación. El desayuno súper organizado, el personal muy amable
