Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel! - Pas de carte d'accès pour la chambre, donc obligé de demander à l'accueil que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir avec parfois de l'attente (entre 5 et 15 minutes pour qu'on vous ouvre la porte) - Pas de vue (même pas vers le ciel ou la rue) - le bruit de la climatisation et son insuffisance pour raffrachir l'ensemble de la pièce - nous savions que la chambre était petite mais nous avons fait un autre hôtel sur Manhattan avec la même superficie et je peux vous dire que la chambre de cet hôtel ... read more
Location great. Great value for the money. Facilities in disrepair. Rooms in poor condition. Large stain on the carpet. Very loud window A/C that didn't cool very well. Crazy slow single elevator. Many elevator buttons didn't light up so you were never sure if the floor was pressed. Bad sign that the elevator and the rest of the building were not well maintained. One day there was a flood that closed the breakfast room. Great location. Friendly staff.

Lo único que vale la pena es la ubicación Limpieza, solo tiene un elevador para 90 habitaciones y son 14 pisos No hacen la limpieza cada 3 días Cuarto sucio , me encontré unas pastillas de otras personas en el cuarto, suspendieron el cable e internet, te despiertan a las 8 am para hacer los arreglos y no prevén un cambio de habitación Ubicación y servicio de desayuno
I compromised the comfort of where I was staying so I could afford to explore the city, never again. The elevator was a nightmare and the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the AC filters were dirty. The location; the proximity to Central Park and the subway station.
