Overall the place and area are ok its just the room are small and we didn't have any view The elevator was so small and it takes so slow.... Breakfast was ok friendly people the location was great..
GREAT Staff. l Rooms, Beds, Linens, and Unclean public spaces, stairhalls, lobby. No housekeeping durng my stay. Soiled lobby chairs, stairrails, carpets, etc. etc. ICK ! Loved the staff. !!!

Buena relacion precio calidad pero debiese haber mejoras sustanciales El tamaño del dormitorio, la falta de ventilación, la cama era pequeña y no habían enchufes salvo en el baño Si pero el dormitorio no tenia ventilación. No se podía disminuir la temperatura. El aire acondicionado era ruidoso y no permitía conciliar el sueño

Fair Rooms very small even for New York standard, worn-out, .Internet worked only intermittent, breakfast room tiny . The price was ridiculous for the size and quality. Great location, good transport links
This was a nice place to stay, there are just a few things that need to improve to make it GREAT. The pillows were too soft, the room was very tiny for two people, and the bathroom had some plumbing issues (both the shower knob and the sink knob were lose, the shower knob fell on the floor). The carpets in the hallway were dirty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was GREAT. It was very nice having breakfast and it was tasty.

Toilet destroy our stay! It was our first visit in NY, but last in this hotel! At first night we couldn't sleep because toilet was making noise like jackhammer every 30 minutes. It was horrible! Fortunately reception give us another room next day. Smaller but silent. Next problem is only one elevator for 14 floors! Every time we had to wait a few minutes to get to our room at sixth floor. Breakfast were good but unvaried. Location is great! A few steps from subway and Central Park.
