Disappointing The breakfast was awful. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the heat on the building was on. It was unbearably hot during the night (and we come from a tropical country). The location and the staff, they are all very kind.

Bad The rooms are extremely and I do mean extremely small the bathroom you can't even use it properly because that's how small it is the place is really ran down showers busted doors are falling off it's extremely hot it smells the place needs a whole new makeover the pictures describes something so beautiful and big rooms until you get there and you find yourself stuffed in a cardboard box I would not recommend this place The staff only
Meg The room was so small two people literally couldn't fit. I ordered a different room but after we got there and they told us to go to our room but when we got there the roo Wasn't ready so we went back downstairs and they gave us this tiny tiny room. Everything was very run down. Location near Central Park. Breakfast was ok.
