Fair El aparato de la calefacción de la habitación no paraba de hacer ruido toda la noche y si la quitabas te morías de frío. Sólo había un ascensor para todo el hotel y tenías que esperar bastante para poder cogerlo. Disappointing
Fair La camera. Era estremamente piccola, in 2 con 2 piccoli trolley non riuscivamo a girarci, abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile cambiarla ma non c’erano stanze disponibili. Oltre alla grandezza, anche la pulizia lascia a desiderare (moquette su tutta la superficie e la presenza di insetti). Ho apprezzato i prodotti in bagno ma, per quello che abbiamo pagato, avrei preferito maggiore spazio e pulizia dell’ambiente piuttosto che lo shampoo di marca. Bad
Better fix up the room and keep the bugs out. The phone, hair dryer, door, and shower in the room were all broken, and I had never stayed in a hotel where so many things were broken. There were dead cockroaches in the room and a hole in the bathroom from which we saw insects several times, even in the dead of winter in January. All the receptionists, cleaners and other staff are really nice and excellent!!
Very Poor
Just ok. Wont be back. There was no water available, it was originally available in the lobby the first day in a big jug...after that there was none. We were told coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day. Coffee was not 24/7. When coffee was available after breakfast it was old, tea bags were not replenished. One of the beds in my room had hair all over the sheets and stains. There was a lack of towels and when asked for more, was only provided with 1, even when requested more. Toilet clogged. Great location, very small rooms. Rooms are very small and taken up mostly by the bed. It's okay for one person, but tough for a couple. The hotel is clean enough, but could be better. The breakfast area was not nice and they provided no non-dairy milk for those who do not eat dairy. And, if you go when it rains, you will hear the pattering of rain on the outside portion of the air conditioner; this is not a soothing patter, but one that disturbs your sleep. Excellent location.
