Schlechtes Hotel in zentraler Lage Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Frühstück sehr eingeschränktes amerikanisches Frühstück. Produkte wie Marmelade und Joghurt teilweise nicht vorhanden oder nur auf Nachfrage neu aufgelegt. Marmelade war am Mittwoch komplett leer und bis Freitag nicht nachgelegt. angeblich weil der Lieferservice erst am Freitag kommt. Zimmerservice innerhalb 1 Woche keinmal das Zimmer gereinigt. Caro, sujo, mal organizado, pouco prático, mas tem café da manhã... - um elevador para 92 aptos com 14 andares é muito ruim. Muito tempo de espera para pegar elevador. An global warming nightmare The shower had six small bottles of soap and shampoo. Multiply this by 8 rooms per floor and 14 floors. Assuming 50% occupancy and daily replacements this is 336 such bottles per day. Can you imagine how much environmental damage this hotel has done with this needless wastage of throwaway packaging over the years? It is not a hotel but a poorly maintained hostel There were exposed wires at a socket next to the bed. Not great for child safety. The wifi was unusably slow from the main bed area. The bathroom was smaller than what you get in an aircraft. The lift button lights didn't work at the lobby. The lift usually went down to basement after entering it at the lobby, whereupon half the time staff didn't get in it as there were too many guests already there. Bad Why does this hotel have a $38/night "resort fee"? This is NOT a resort and there are no resort amenities whatsoever. It's simply the hotel and booking.com using false advertising to lure in travelers. It's shameful and should be illegal!

Disappointing Rumorosità, caldo atroce già alla reception, manopola della doccia vagante, impossibile aprire le finestre
La camera non vale 200 dollari sembra di essere in camper!!! Camera molto piccola, bagno piccolissimo, stanza riscaldata da tubature che ogni tanto fanno colpo d'ariete. Letto e cuscini scomodissimi. Praticamente ho dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte ( si aprono solo 20 cm e sono durisime) con i tappi negli orecchi per il rumore dei condizionatori ( molto rumorosi simili a quelli portali posizionato ad i piedi di uno dei due letti quindi la notte inutilizzabile).
