Excellent Customer Service experience N/A I wish all of my stats were this exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive from the beginning of my stay until my departure. It suited my needs very well and if traveling solo and on a budget, I would surely stay here again. The hotel needs all the TLC possible. It looks as if it hasn’t received any maintenance in the past 20 years. They don’t have enough door keys, so in my case, they had to go to the room with me every time I needed to get in. Thankfully enough, the staff is overly kind and it was never an issue. NYC is about location, and The Quinta surely has beautiful surroundings and is very easy to access by subway. Muito boa O elevador é um pouco lento realmente e o ar condicionado fazia barulho, uma pessoa mais sensível pode se incomodar. Comfortable The one lift in the building, breakfast options poor, WIFI in room did not work, no key for the safe and the room was tiny It's close to Central Park, the strawberry fields, and good links for subways. The hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful. It is located on The Upper West Side, a brilliant area; it felt safe and clean.
Нормально . Все очень старое и ветхое в номере .Места не пройти .Окна открываются неполностью ,за окном от кондиционеров исходит тепло и мешает охладить комнату .А в комнате громко гудит кондиционер . Расположение ,близость к метро ,завтраки. Персонал приятный .
great experiance i would like a room with a view. we were at the 2nd floor and the window had no view it was a very cosy room, the breakfast was good, the lady who was serving breakfast was very friendly. all the staff members were nice except one girl.
