Pleasant 1 elevator; size of the room with the 2 beds in it. No microwave or fridge. A/c didn't keep up with heat. Front staff some of the time were moody. Vacuuming the hall at 7 am. Lack of towels available. Location and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and of good quality.

Very Good Small room Location to Central Park and the subway, free breakfast, free luggage storage
it serve the purpose for resting,clean and small room with TV and staff was friendly and helpful bathroom door needed to be replaced, shower handle fell off, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, location was convient.
Very Good noise
We had an awesome time. The air conditioning was super loud. The location was great. Next to Central Park and easy to get to the subway.
