miserable. room very very tiny! could have been better not good
Fair Alles etwas alt und heruntergekommen, dreckige Teppichböden im gesamten Haus, sehr schlecht isolierte Fenster (halten weder Kälte noch Straßenlärm draußen). Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück hält sich in Grenzen. Sehr gute Lage, U-Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke und Central Park nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Would not recommend. They charge an extra daily fee for location. Bathroom tiny. Elevator too slow and only one. The breakfast was okay.
Awful! A/C/ Heat made so much noise ... couldn't sleep - TV remote not functioning properly... couldn't raise volume thus couldn't hear it over the A/C - Turned the dial for the shower and it fell off - Couldn't turn off the shower - Looked like it had been broken for awhile and someone tried to repair it with some glue! Bathroom door handle about to fall off - Chipped paint on walls - Would never ever stay there again!! Breakfast was ok - Breakfast staff helpful

I will never stay here again. The key to the room would only open the door about one out of ten tries. The room was incredibly small. No microwave or fridge. Tiny bath tub that did not hold water (just drained, no working stopper). Old tv. No usb charging. One very small elevator that had approximately ten minute wait time to use, which was a real pain when trying to get ice bc the only ice machine was on the first floor. No real lobby. please consider the bad reviews. i thought i would be ok with low expectations but after they’ve ignored my complaint of there was roaches all over the alarm clock, the lamp, the tv, the dresser, the carpet. and they’ve completely ignored this. i spoke with the concierge and they said they wrote it down but they’ve completed stopped answering. it was literally just me and my best friend trying to make the best out of it but honestly, you’re better off paying for something better :/ convient
