pretty average Courteous and customer oriented managers especially in the evenings. Basic breakfast. Room was old but neat. Staff especially the one on night duty was rude with no customer service background or ideas how to treat a customer.

HOTEL PÉSIMO La habitación era muy muy pequeña. El baño para secarte tenías que salir de él. Las sabanas estaban sucias la primera noche. El desayuno bien pero el lugar es muy pequeño, no hay sitio si va mucha gente. El barrio es muy bonito, tiene cerca el metro. Pero la habitación es imposible, éramos tres y no hay espacio ni para abrir las maletas. La calle es bonita, pegado a Central Park
