Worst hotel ever Poorly maintained rooms. Barely fit myself and my luggage and still had big furniture almost falling apart. Room door felt like could be broken by a child. I asked for a late check out during check-in, they said it was OK to leave 1 hr later. At 11:55 of my last day, the fire alarm started going off every 5-10 minutes. Tried calling the reception but room phone was broke. Cleaning staff knocked in my door to ask me to check out, and then I explained I had requested a late checkout... Fair Elevador extremamente lento e congestionado. Chegou a ficar 1 dia inteiro parado. E quando funcionava, demorava demais. Ate o quarto andar, nem compensava esperar. Fazia fila. Recepção várias momentos ficava sem ninguem. Cama é ótima. Localização de frente ao central Park.
Pessima experiência de hospedagem. O único lado positivo foi a boa localização. Limpeza, matamos 2 baratas durante a estadia em um quarto muito pequeno. Não conseguimos sentar para tomar café da manhã nenhum dia. Muita demora para o único elevador do edifício. esperamos mais de 1h para realizar checkout. Somente da localização
Best location, nice breakfast and staff. Worst room. All of the rest. I stayed in the 2nd floor. The room was too small, the sink was falling off the wall, there were no windows, the shower steam made the whole room humid, the carpet felt dirty, there was an eaten apple in the trash can, hair in the pillow, bird feathers on the floor, both room and bathroom doors were almost rotten, the AC was so noisy that it was like a motorbike inside the room.
