Staff are very rude The reception personal are very rude. Our booking at based on pay at the property but they charged whole amount early.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir dormir sans protection auditive est un gros problème ! chambre très petite. Air Conditionné extrèmement bruyant. Impossible de dormir sans protections auditives. Fenêtre très sale. Petit déjeuner un peu sommaire. Toute la vaisselle et les couverts sont jetable. Consigne à bagages non surveillée. Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité de laisser nos vélos dans le Lobby. Literie en bon état. Salle de bain propre et moderne.

Bad The key card to the room did not work. We were told we would have to ask someone at the property to let us in to the room every time we had to get in. On top of that, the property had someone install/fix the air conditioning units after we checked in (went on for an hour). Except for this poor guy who, the staff at the hotel were not very friendly or polite (the receptionist wouldn’t even say she was sorry after she broke the news about the keycard). I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Décevant on ne reviendra pas -1) l’accueil froid des hôtesses: quand on leur parle visiblement on les dérange puisqu’elles ne sont même pas capables de nous regarder quand on leur parle -2) un ascenseur pour 14 étages c’est pas du tout pratique 3) La salle du petit déjeuner est ridiculement petite, au point d’attendre 10 minutes avant de trouver une place 4) pas de consignes à bagages, contraints de laisser nos affaires et objets de valeur en plein hall d’entrée au milieu du va et vient 5) des chambres minuscules très loin d... read more

The stay wae odd, but close to Broadway The room was, they locked out of our room for 30 mins, the elevator took 15 mins to arrive each trip. I had to wak 9 flights of stairs 4 times. Breakfadt was ok.
